Can E6 be used on 2 apple devices?

Hey guys I am new to the sim world and was wondering if I buy the e6 subscription can i download on both my phone and ipad or can it only be connected to one device? I am going to use my ipad whenever possible but if my kids are playing on it I am hoping to use my iphone. Does this subscription go to an apple id or to a device? Hope this make sense

You can use one E6 Connect license on multiple devices, but the license needs to be unbound from one before getting bound to the other. It's a fairly quickly process, but it rules out connecting to two devices at once.

It binds to the device, not Apple id. I haven't tried it yet but in theory, you should be able to get one device to stay working in offline mode for a certain number of times even if you bind the licence to another device, as long as you keep that other device offline while launching E6 from the time you unbound it. (as it won't know it got unbound if so) Would need to re-fresh that once in a while though I assume.
