If it was my money I would look for a computer with:
1) A GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
2) An Intel i5 CPU. Either an i5-7500 or an i5-7600
If I was buying from CyberPowerPC I would buy either of these:
Battlebox-2017-Essential $935
and make these changes
OR
Zeus-Mini-EVO-I200 $959 - this is a small form factor PC.
and make these changes
Both of these computers come with a keyboard and mouse built into the price. For the first one there a bunch of case options to choose from. Neither of these come with a monitor.
The Battlebox has an SSD + HD combo which is a "nice to have". The same combo can be added to the Mini Evo for $105.
