Options - Looking at the following CPU Systems. I already bought the Golf Club just having a hard time on pulling a trigger on a CPU. This CPU will only be for gaming 90%TGC 10% VR one day.

Why would you stay away from Dell?

Some of the Hardware is proprietary and is hard to upgrade as is with a few other over the counter systems. But let me take a step back all these are great computers but a phone conversation with Phillip he has a high agenda for performance and might want to advance his system in the future and some features are locked by manufacturer

The Asus box is a beast. If money is no concern then that's the one. Otherwise I would select the Cyberpower option.

I went with Asus and love it. Mine is a little different then yours but basically the same.

I've been looking at a pc to run fsx and a lot of the guys I know run it on considerably less spec than this one. I think that it is only worth having such a high end pc if you are running it at 4K resolution. One guy I know runs it on an i3 with a gtx 950 2gb and it runs fine.
