Inexpensive but effective net?

It is made for short distances highspeed imapct and is about squaremeter price. About 100€ for a 4*3m net

I am yet to see a net withstand golf ball impact over a long period of time. It's not the impact as much as it is the spin of the ball tearing the threads of the net. The spin weakens the net over time and then it breaks. An impact screen is really your best bet. They are expensive, but I've had mine for over 6 years and it's still going strong. I have the HQ2 screen from Par2Pro. It's a great screen! If you are adamant about using a screen, place a piece of burlap or denim in the impact area to absorb the ball spin. You'll need to replace this piece frequently, but it will save your netting. My neighbor did this using zip ties to secure the demon or burlap. He even used old jeans at one point... Lol

I bought a cheap net from ebay that was advertised as a golf impact net. It was really a fishing net but looked pretty strong. I hung it in my sim room, as I don't want to build an impact screen yet. For the first month it worked great. All the sudden this weekend I poked 3 holes thru it. Not sure why all the sudden, maybe I had some cuts in the balls. I cant afford to buy new balls every few weeks to hit in my simulator. Any suggestions on a better net?
