Enclosure and Screen Help

Need some input/feedback from anybody that can help. I want my enclosure to have a nice finished look. I currently have a 9x12 PR-20 Screen from West Coast Netting. I have angle iron attached to 2x6. Sides are approx 6 inches wider than the screen. I am having a hard time getting screen tight enough that looks good with the bungies. I know if needed i can add padding or material to give it a nice finished look.

Has anybody used anything than bungies? Can i make a frame from wood and attach directly to that? If needed i can move over to EMT Pipe, i just want it to look better. I have blackout curtains for the sides and a mesh tarp from harbor frieght for the top.

I have ball bungees, but my screen edge looks completely vertical and is not all warped like yours.
Mine are very loose (although tight enough to be wrinkle free) and my net behind it is quite tight.

Any chance you can take some better pics with more light? It's kinda hard to see what is going on.

I agree with p3eps. A Loose screen and tight net behind is the way to go. I have my screen fixed across the top. at the bottom corners I have bungees just tight enough to pull the screen straight. That way the screen gives and the net takes the impact.

It looks like the warping is from the spacing of the grommets - more closely spaced would likely prevent that. Absent that, probably do need to loosen it. I cover up the bunnies with mine with the curtains on the side walls - I have them wrapping around the corner so that they look like movie theatre curtains on the side of the screen. Allows easy access behind them whenever needed.
