    acoustic foam for simulator

hi guys. i got myself some acoustic foam to protect my celling in my golf simulator. have a few people use this. just wanted to know what you recommend to fix the foam to the ceilling/plywood. i have seen them fix with adhesive spay but they seem to absorb the spray and fall down after a few weeks.

    thanks for your help

Not acoustic foam, but I use neoprene foam and applied it with double sided tape to hold it in place them came back and stapled them to avoid the problem you are having.

        Here is a video

I use liquid nails and have done dozens of installs with 50mm acoustic foam on the ceiling, no issues. the key is to put the liquid nail on (around edge and a cross in middle) and let it dry for about 1 minute before attaching it to the ceiling. When it dries a little it sticks a lot better.
