Does anybody use this system? If so how is the bounce back and quality of the HD screen?

I have the superbay and the HD screen - the screen is great. I can only say good things regarding the company in general Based on my dealings with them they are owned by a single person named Dave. Dave is around and answers the phone from time to time. However, in general, there is no need to talk to the owner as the others that work there call you back and find answers for you.

I will second what penrose said. I got the superbay also a month ago and the customer service, before and after the sale, were great.

I purchased from All sports as well just not the microbay. I have the minibay and really like how everything turned out. I included the blackout wrapper/shot defender and only have the standard impact screen. My bounce back is minimal as I think the ball bungees that I'm using instead of the zip ties provide good tension and flexibility.

Oh the wait. Take the time to watch the install videos and the time to get the pipe and the cutter. I forgot the cutter and had to go back to store.

I think their model is pretty solid. If you look at my thread a few down "finally starting a build" you can see that I used that frame as a concept. I was going to get it from them, but I heard really good things about the Carl's premium screen, wanted that, and I wanted shorter than 5' sides (I went 42"), and I just wasn't concerned about missing the screen so I skipped the netting and at that point i figured may as well just make one. including the blackout material I think I would up spending like $250 on the pipes/fittings/bungee/blackout material (that was most expensive part), and the Carl's premium was like $550 or whatever. Even though I spent less than half on it, I think for the turn key as the mini bay is with netting and pre fabricated blackout, and the support there is a solid value in it. i can't imagine you would be disappointed in it. This was the system I was going to get if I didn't build myself. Can't go wrong with it!
