Sim Room Dimensions Question...

So I finally finished my dual purpose new detached pole barn and am getting ready to start finishing the inside for my sim build. As is always the case, now that its done I'm questioning the amount of space I left myself for the indoor sim. When I built the barn I gave myself 30' X 15' X 12'...height and length are more than adequate but after studding it out I have exactly 14' for width. I already purchased a ProTee sim and intend on hanging a 13 1/2' X 10' Carl's screen across the backside. I mainly play with right hand players like myself but have a few left hander's that I know will use this as well. That being said has anyone worked with similar dimensions (width) using a sim that can't be moved for right and left hander's like a SkyTrack? I want to cut for the ProTee mat in the dead center but am afraid 7' will be kinda tight. I have swung half speed from the intended middle position with no issues but it's a different story when you're swinging all out into a screen with a sim running. Obviously a more upright swinger will have less issues than a flatter swinger. Just curious if i should offset it and "short side" my lefty friends and if I do does ProTee have functions to correct an offset mat from the screen?
Any relatable feedback would be great!

It will be tight, but might be more of a mental thing than real. However, you do really need to watch out for stepping back from the tee to take a practice swing. That could get you in trouble. Step forward to practice swing with the ball between you and the club. If you can find some, buy a couple of tall boxes - like large garment boxes used for moving (or just stack a bunch of smaller cardboard boxes), and create the space to try it out and you'll see how much room you have for sure.

You have plenty of room. If you offset the LM it’ll be even more roomy.

Libbing and Mthunt, thanks. My last option (Since I'm not tearing down and rebuilding a wall) is to offset the unit. Even if I move it 12" a lefty will never be able to hit anything but short irons. I went off of ProTee's min room set up and should have factored in more width. If I build the unit sideways and use 16' width and 14' foot of length I'm assuming I'll be handcuffing myself with the wall on my backswing, which would be worse. It's hard to fully visualize the space constraints wince everything is still roughed in (no interior walls up yet and the floor hasn't been poured yet. All the sims I've used have unlimited width so I never thought that 14' wouldn't be enough. Really wanted to see if anyone has a setup like mine already so I can prepare for any pitfalls beforehand.

My room is exactly 14' wide and I hit probably a little less than a foot offset. I could probably hit from the center, but I have a TV hung on the wall behind me and don't want to risk hitting it. I would probably offset about 6-12" and restrict the lefties to irons. Don't build the unit sideways.

Thanks Kent. I'm going to throw up a 15X12 heavy duty drop cloth and hit a few before I make any more pocket book shattering decisions. Worst case scenario is I extend 15' of the 30' length area from 14 to 16 which will be a major pain in the ass or screw my lefty friends over.

14' of length is plenty imo if you do go sideways.
