Starting the build finally

The house will be done the middle of February and we just started laying out the raised floor for the Protee.


Should be done in a week or so, will post as we go along.

16' x 16' x 10' and yes I designed the house around the simulator room LOL

Lefty71. U have your priorities straight. Ha. May be selling our house in the spring, told wife I need a place for permanent simulator in new home That was not at the top of my wife's list as u may guess.

Did u have 10' walls poured in the basement? 9' is fairly common in my area for basements, but not 10'. If so was that an up charge?

It was through the cost of instead of putting down carpet in the room. Behind the platform will be black carpet. Just bought a roll of 15' x 21' or 22' can' remember. Dave Pelz green maker
