Net Return Pro Series 2- Space Needed

Newb to the golf sim concept, and just want to make sure I am thinking things through clearly.
I have considered a net return pro, but want to understand space needed to play properly.

My current space is approximately 9 feet high X 10 feet in width X 12 feet of depth.

The depth aspect is somewhat flexible, as I could move some items and create as much as 15 feet of depth.

That being said, do you gents believe that the net return Pro Series 2 would work within this space?
Also, in the initial stages, I plan on simply putting in a mat and net only. At some point, I would like to add a GC2 and potentially a projector. Is adding a projector screen a big hassle....or is this easy?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I have the Pro Series and 12 feet would be tight but I think 15 feet would work pretty good.

Agree with xplore300 My space is less than 9 feet high and less than 10' wide and my original Net Return fits fine, but it's three feet thick from the base against the wall to the impact area of the net. that would leave you only 9 feet from net to the "far wall" and you need room to swing and set up a mat. So, assuming 12' deep, less 3' for the net, and say a minimum 3' for mat and "swing room" you'd only have 6' of flight. You'd get 9' with your proposed reconfiguration. (I moved several boxes behind my net return with no rebound issues.)
