Favorite memory foam topper and successful hanging tips?

I’m looking at adding a memory foam topper not so much for sound or bounce back, just for longevity of the impact screen. What’s your favorite type of memory foam or thickness? Did you order from amazon, etc? What’s been the most successful way of hanging it without tearing? Do you just try and cover the main impact areas in the middle etc? What size did you go with?

I have Carl’s 10x13 enclosure with premium screen so I’m interested in ideas on how to cover the middle area.

I sewed memory foam between moving blankets and hung the blankets. Works amazing. I'll see if I can dig up a picture

Too lazy to go out to garage for a picture right now but I sandwiched memory foam between two duvet covers then clamped all of that together with two long pieces of wood bolted together at top. Screwed in hooks to top of the wood then attached behind my screen with ball grommets wrapped around top EMT poles where screen attaches.

Sewing into blankets like previous commenter mentioned should work fine as well. Whatever you are more comfortable with...

Will the foam area be visible behind the screen?

I hung a white blackout curtain behind my screen and then the duvets+foam behind that. the curtain sits flush against screen and doesn't allow anything to bleed through.
