I have 112 to work with in height is it possible to make an enclosure to fit a 108 screen? Leaves me 4 inches to work with and the flooring below me would be wood I can screw into if need be

I have the same issue. I posted elsewhere: For anyone that has installed a Carl’s screen and frame, how close is the height and width to the numbers in the specifications? I have 113” from floor to basement ceiling joists (lowest points of open ceiling) and 147.5” of width. The 9x12 screen and frame specs say that it is in 112” high and 146.33” wide. Are those numbers accurate. If so, it would be perfect because I would like it snug. The width is across a lowered portion of my basement (really a sunken floor in the middle of a room which is 26” deep). Above that lowered portion of the floor I have 160” of width. It would be terrible to order and it turns out that with the frame and materials wrapped around it that the kit ends up wider than specs. I’d hate to go down a screen size if the 9x12 will fit.”
it seems like the easier answer is asking Carl’s to make a screen and frame to fit the space. Glad you posted this Golfallday!
