  • Raw screen material

We have only raw screen material. We may be able to finish the material as well soon. This project started as a thread called Direct from the Mill where together with suggestions from the community we designed the highest quality material and organized a group buy in order to reduce cost for everyone. At the time good quality screens were hard to find and being sold at outrageous prices. I haven't signed on in a while but I'm happy to see there are more options and more competitive pricing now. This is a direct result of our group buy and although the community will be the best to judge from what I can see there is still no other better deal for material of this quality anywhere. We still provide and have been providing material to anyone who e-mails us. Recently, as demand for our material has increased so has the workload and in response we have created a team to process orders faster and reduce lead time. This team can be contacted at fabric@worldmarkettrading.com and feel free to continue contacting me at dbgolf72@yahoo.com. For reference please see pricing which includes delivery to anywhere in the continental US.

Is anyone using tarp clips to attach the material to your frames? If so, have you noticed any tearing where the clips attach to the fabric after use?

I use EasyKlip's, the black ones. The more it pulls on the clip, the tighter it grips.

I am still a little confused on which side of the screen is the impact side. Can anyone let me know if it is A or B? I see zig-zags and straight lines on both sides depending on the interpretation of such. Any help is very appreciated!

Do you happen to have a photo of your setup utilizing the tarp clips?

how is this working for anyone that still has it? would this work as the main impact screen? Need anything else behind it? I"m looking for something durable.

I ordered this screen about 2+ years ago (2nd shipment) and can honestly tell you that i have had zero issues... no tearing with tarp clips etc. This screen is THICK and provides a fantastic image with minimal bounce back.

I am hoping since a lot of us have had this screen for several years now that someone can tell me the best way to clean it and what products work best. I have a few areas that require more than dawn soap and blow drying it to avoid water spots.

thanks! I sent him an email hoping to order here soon. I'll be getting a mevo+ for christmas and in the process of having everything ready to go. This seems like the best option in all of my research thus far.

runpuddrun - great, better order any other things you expect to need and even those you might not expect to need to finish your build. I've been working on mine the last 6 weeks and seems like I go to HomeDepot about every other day. Right now I'm waiting on foam gym mats, last week it was a projector and turf. I'm not sure how much building you have or assembling, but there's a lot to consider... I recommend putting a list together and check things off as you get them in. Good luck.

Brettster Yeah, I have a spreadsheet already I have my projector, curtains, , exercise pads, ceiling foam, and the wood already but in the process of finalizing the build and then I'll get the emt, clips, tarp mesh, and stall mats. and of course the screen. Kind of waiting on him so I can secure this, and if not, then I'll have to go a different route, likely archery netting.
                          Working...
