Very subjective topic. I don't have any affiliation with him, but check out onestopsimshop.com. Paul, the owner, is great and can help you out and can do any customizations you need for the screen. The 501 screen will be the most quiet.

Our 3-layer Eagle screen is designed for lowest impact sound, bounceback, image quality, durability, and flatness - we use it in all of our high-end studio builds, and also our demo studio, and feedback has been universally positive:

I purchased an 801 seconds screen a few weeks ago. It's going up in my finished Sim in the next week... I will post with it. I will likely use the Photo backdrop/sheet over the front of it though to protect it.
Hi
I m about buying one of them. Paul told me that both have the same quality of image. The 501 is slightly thicker, thus less bounce back. Since I have a archery screen behind it, the 801 should be ok. I currently use the photo back drop solution and hope having a better image with the 801.
Any update with the 801 seconds? I was set on buying the direct from the mill, but the roughly $100 increase (kicking myself for not buying earlier) has me double checking other screens first.
I got the 501 screen through Paul at One Stop Sim shop for a few reasons. I too considered the raw material found in this forum but after thinking about attaching it to the frame, I felt going the grommet route would be worth the difference in price. Because of this, it basically narrowed my decision down to One Stop, Par2Pro, and Carls. I reached out to One Stop and P2P and the service and guidance at One Stop won me over quickly. Paul took the time to explain the difference in the fabrics and how they benefit the needs of the golfer. He even helped me design my frame with some tips and pointers from his years of experience building sims. I ordered a custom sized 501 screen with grommets and loop Velcro all around on a Saturday and received it that following Friday. The screen is beautiful, no wrinkles out of the box, it’s square, and the construction is flawless. I’ve only hit a few balls into it so far and it’s super quiet with minimal bounce back. I was worried the tightening aspect would drive me crazy but it was done on the first try and a few minor adjustments, not the round and round I was expecting. I’m sure there are other great screens out there but wanted to give my .02, as with all these items, it comes down to budget and what your needs are.

Reason: spelling
I have the Carl's premium screen. I purchased it there because they can cut them to whatever size you need and put grommets in them. I will say that you can get a grommet kit pretty cheap and put them in yourself. I recommend making sure the screen has a nice finished edge though so it looks nice. As far as image quality it is important to know that the best golf impact screen doesn't hold a candle to a good projector screen. The 3 piece screen is very quiet and the only bounce back i get are on high wedge shots because I have my screen a bit too snug higher up. The 160 mph drives fall dead to the floor.
Yeah this is one of those "everyone has an opinion" kind of questions.
However, FWIW I have been really pleased with the Par2Pro SQ screen we ordered. They do raw, with grommets, with velcro - with both velcro and grommets etc. Our screen is super quiet and no bounce-back issues whatsoever. I have no experience with other screens so I cannot really compare but I am super happy with the results - excellent picture quality as well. My 2 cents.
