Since your celing slopes, I would do a fixed top/sides ( 5 ft ) on the golf enclosure. Then you could add curtains or wall padding another 5 ft or so if desired. 15 ft long is a real big screen. If you could go 16, then you would have a perfect 16:9 screen ratio. What system are you using?
