Hi all,
I'm nearing the time to finalize the plans for my garage sim. I don't need the impact screen to fold up or retract or anything and will be building it out of 1" EMT and fittings from tarps.com. It is just a screen, not an enclosure, as I'll be relying on heavy duty curtains/netting for the sides and top. All of that being said, does anyone have experience and recommendations on how to secure it to the wall and/or ceiling (ceiling height is 11' so I'm leaning wall as it's an 8x10.5 screen). I've seen several builds here and elsewhere that used heavy duty shelving brackets and pillow block bearings, which intrigues me, but I'm not sure on what size of the bearings would be needed. All ideas welcome. Thanks!
