Projector advice needed

Hi guys,
I am edging closer to pulling the trigger on my projector for my sim. I have attached a sketch for what my end product will look like....hopefully.

I will be running the projector at 4:3 to fill my
10Wx 8H screen. I've narrowed my selections down to these two projectors based on this forum and projector centrals calculations.

benq w1080st -needs 9'-9" from screen, needs to be 2" center of lens above top of screen at 4:3

Optima gt1080 -6'-5" from screen, 14" center of lens above top of screen at 4:3

I like the option of more lumens on the optima but it needs to be 14" above the screen to center of lens whereas the benq only needs 2" from center of lens to top of screen.

Is the optima out of the question due to the canopy enclosure I am building? Will it not project properly because it will be 14" above my canopy and hit the top part of the enclosure?

Optoma is not out of the question.
Do another drawing to scale, this time side view of the room. If your screen is 8 feet high but your enclosure is 9 feet high and extends out 4.5 feet, but the projector is at 6.5 feet and lens is 9 feet 2 inches high ... it seems that the Optoma should be fine.
