Clips that worked PERFECTLY for hanging my HQ screen.

Fhacker BenQ HT1085ST - bought it about four years ago - love it. Most important I now understand is having a true light blocking fabric - either as your impact screen - or just behind it.

It's pretty simple framework, three pieces of uni-strut channel - angle brackets top and bottom on the sides, and joiner plates holding the crossbar. Nothing on the bottom.

awisnia thanks for the reply. I’ll check out that projector. And I plan to use tarp clips n ball bungees to mount my screen

Four Year Update - Finally updated my frame to 14 feet wide and used the extra material that had been folded back under the edges with the clips.

Now projecting at 16:9 and very happy. (~14ft x ~8 ft )

The clips did not leave any marks and are still working great.

I did add a layer of "blackout fabric" (cheap drapery stuff from fabric store - three strips 54" wide hanging down behing the P2P HQ material) to help the image quantity - it makes a huge difference for less than $50.

Anyone have suggestions on getting the clean lines across the top when using the uni-strut channel for hanging the screen and blackout fabric? Thank you for any suggestions.

BTownGolfer Dug out some old photos from the original build..it's a 1x2 rectangle tube across the top..

Used six of these these on top after draping fabric over screen...easy to adjust - hide them behind some black foam
