Hi folks,
A while back I build a simulator in my garage, and have never really been happy with the archery net type screen... and it hangs from my ceiling and always looks misshapen.
In the next few weeks I have a joiner coming to build me a retractable frame for a screen, that will have a pulley mechanism to raise it flat against the roof.
As I'm UK based, getting the Par2Pro screen isn't really possible - but I can get from Protee, and have a custom size.
Imagine the inside edge of my frame is 3m wide and 2m high - what size of screen should I order?
I'm going to get the angle irons from my local hardware store, and attach the screen via bungee cords to ensure its always tight.
How much smaller than the frame should the screen be? Are we talking about 10cm round each edge? Should I have the screen longer than I need so that a few cm's lay on the floor to prevent balls going under - and to help the ball roll back?
Thanks!!
Pete
