I assume you mean the green film that ends up on the bottom of your clubs?
My mat doesn't do this. It was bought from a local range supplier, and cost similar price to a TruStrike. Over 2 years use and it still looks new. Unfortunately I can't find the manufacturer as their website it down!!

My Truestrike never leaves any signs of a strike on my clubs. I believe you will find the same with the Country Club Elite.

I have a strip of CCE and a 5'x5' sheet of All-Turf Commercial mat, neither leaves any markings on the clubs. The All-Turf mat do leave "dusts" behind; I see these collecting on my club as well as the Skytrak unit.

Standard nylon does leave marks. Crimped nylon normally doesn't.
