Has anyone used the par2pro tee-Up turf

I was pretty set on the CCE as it balanced feedback on fat shots and simulating divots at a reasonable price. However, I saw that par2pro has a similar option that claims to do the same at a cheaper price point:

Has anyone used this mat? How is its feedback with hitting shots fat? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I started off with this mat. It will kill any shot even close to fat. In addition, it is very hard to hit a wood from the turf. I also had some wrist issues with this mat. I will say this mat will force you to hit the ball very clean each time. I switched to a true strike and love it. Also note, I think the same mat you are looking at is much less expensive on Amazon.

I have had the tee up turf for one year, it's playable, but, I feel that it kills fat shots and if I play every day my elbows hurt. Having said that, it's the only mat I've had, therefore, I have nothing to gauge it against. Maybe my elbows hurt because I'm not young.

Do you find the truestrike to be to lax and allow you to get away with fat shots? I would rather have the opposite problem,

Yes, there may be some times when I get away with a few fat shots, but I would rather have this problem and enjoy playing without injuring something. My personal opinion is that nothing is going to become the perfect mat. I have used the original mat we discussed, a section of CCE, a divot action, and now the true strike...I am most happy with the true strike.

I am another victim of cce elbow and wrist pain. Took about a year but it finally caught up to me.

I guess I should add what I am using now. I have played a few rounds with a divot action style insert I bought off aeroburner. Not sure if he is still making them or not. It’s basically the one plexiglass that will flex when you hit down one it. He provides a variety of foam inserts to put unde it to vary the firmness. Personally I like it very firm. So I use all the foam.

I have been using it about about a week now and the pain is gone. Not sure if Aeroburner is still making them or how close they are to the real divot action mat.

Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear that it is hurting some wrists out there - definitely not the intent. I have been using mine for about 6 years now and find it to be ok... I agree that there is no perfect option. We have been using the TrueStrike for our PGA fundraisers and had a lot of great feedback; although there were a few guys who still said that it was hard on their wrists. We are now using the Real Feel mat for the fundraisers as it is a bit quicker of a setup and a lot of guys really like it (and we can tee up anywhere on the mat) The Fiberbuilt mats are pretty easy on the wrists but they tend to have a false lie so you tend to always have the perfect clean shot. We have tried other options like MagStrike and Divot Action, but found the after-bounce caused more of an unrealistic shot. Still trying to find the perfect mat... so open to any suggestions via email at cory@par2pro.com.

Darn it I had just found out about the MagStrike and was hoping it might be "the one".

My CCE is about 2 years old, getting some grooves worn in it. I was hoping I could find something better, but I dont think it exists.

I just got the Magstrike... world of difference on my wrist and shoulders. I can still feel a fat shot. I am a believer. Can putt well and it looks like it would be pretty easy to change the turf if needed.

Where are you located? Where did you purchase your magstrike from? I really like my diy magstrike and would consider buying the real one from them.
