  • Keeping Turf Dry

My simulator is in a structure on ground level. I had some water leaking this spring and as a result had to pull my turf. Subsequently had to grind the cement floor to remove the residual glue (needed to secure turf to cement) and had it finished with epoxy/polyurethane. Attached are photos of sim with turf and photo with epoxy/polyurethane. Sorry about the photos' orientation. I fixed my outside grade issue but still wary of water leaking in future. I am looking for advise on applying turf that is not permanent. Dricore is an option and could place the turf on the dricore. If leaks then would have to remove the dricore which would be labor intensive. I am looking into the Pro Putt System. If leaked it would not be labor intensive to remove this. Pro Putt has a plastic base with a turf laying on top of the base. I thought about building a wood sub floor but that would be labor intensive if leaked. Any advice would be much appreciated. You can build a raised floor using EPS insulation sheet and t and g floor boards, drop some putting cups in too. Similar to what you have but the eps boards do not absorb water.
I used to have a similar issue but water could never get soaked up
