Im in the same boat. Just about to pull the trigger on putting turf but haven't decided between TFD Elite and STI NP50. I have samples from TFD and they seem nice. Customer support was very helpful and the price is good. Just cant decide if the NP50 is worth a couple hundred dollars more. I should be meeting with an STI rep in the next couple of days to check it out and compare the two.

I just ordered the TFD elite. Should have it next week and will let you know what I think of it.
Here are some other people talking about it if you haven't read this post

This is exactly what I am doing.I'm thinking of this for my garage setup as a putting/stance area and drop in my fiberbuilt hitting strip..
I haven't had a chance to build my platform for it yet but the customer service was excellent. I had an issue with the delivery company and TFD had it sorted out within 10 minutes. Hopefully I will have it installed this weekend

Cool.. they have good pricing on their putting turf if it rolls well enough, and is durable enough to double as a stance material as well. Also like that it comes in 12ft width. My 3rd stall in my garage is 12ft wide x 20ft long.. plan to cover the entire space in putting turf. Most turf only comes in 15ft width..Originally posted by bs531 View Post

Let me know how you like it! I dont need it to be perfect or professional grade.. just needs to look nice, be good for sim play, and roll decent enough for occasional putting practice... and not cost $5 a square foot!

Cool.. dont suppose you have a photo you can share or a video of a few putts on it?Originally posted by bs531 View PostI got my TFD Elite putting turf installed today and so far it seems really nice. It took a day to completely flatten out after unrolling it but the quality seems great for putting and as a stance mat.
. Would be pretty helpful... reviews and photos of the TFD turfs are hard to come by.

I did some research and spoke to TFD reps. Just ordered the Nylon 36 special padded.
Price couldn't be beat - I haggled with SynLawn dealers and did not want to go the route of being cheap with Home Depot fake turf or a carpet.
$498 shipped for 12x15' sheet with a 5mm rubber backing. The guy said its similar to what they use to hit off of at Top Golf...so might try and use as hitting and putting surface. If it wears badly in hitting area I can proceed to cut a mat in as I was planning on anyways... I wanted the rubber backing for an extra $0.20/sq.ft as my daughter will probably kick the soccer ball around on it as well and I don't want her knees/ankles taking a beating.
Once I get it and roll it over the EVA foam floor I will update and send pics.
