    Shallow putting cups

I've searched online high and low but have come up mostly empty. I'm looking for a putting cup that is standard size diameter (4.25 inches) but only a couple inches deep. Ideally no more than 3 inches in height. All the ones I see are the much deeper/taller cups. I know these more shallow cups exist because a lot of golf courses use them on their practice greens. Any recommendations?

Here are some but they are 4" deep. Not sure if that will work for you or not.

Golf cups and hole cups in durable plastic and aluminum - regulation 4-inch and 6-inch sizes for greens and practice areas. Order from Wittek Golf.

I bought the standard size ones and simply cut them down to the height I needed. The ones I bought are PVC (or some equivalent) and were easy to cut down.

I 3D printed mine to the depth I needed. They came out great. I just used a premade design and adjusted it to my height

A 4-incher might work (as long as its 4 inches in total height, not just 4 inches deep on the inside.

Cutting one down may work, but I'm afraid it may not sit too flush if I don't make a perfect cut.

          I wish I had a 3D printer! lol.

I'm surprised shorter cups are not easier to find as I know a lot of people install subfloors for their sims with putting cups. Is everyone with a subfloor just using the taller 6 inch cups? That of course would require the subfloor to be 6 inches tall, which seems awfully big. I figured most subfloors were only maybe 4 inches high or so.

Other example would be the little putting greens at Dicks, Golf Galaxy, other golf retail stores. They typically have those cups that are only an inch or two deep with the tiny flagstick. I'd really love to find one of these.

          Thanks for the suggestions!.

3on3putt - I found several of them on Google: "shallow golf putting cups"

Here's one that is only 1/2" deep:
The standard BirdieBall Putting Green Cup is 1/2" deep, and is the same size in diameter (4 1/4") as the regulation hole on the golf course. The cup is installed from the bottom side of the putting green, and has a flange on the bottom to hold it in place.  Designed for use with the BirdieBall putting system. Specifica

Good luck, let us know what you chose. I've looked at BirdieBall before, they have nice putting turfs too. My subfloor will be at least 3 1/2" deep, so I'll probably cut down a 4" cup if I have to.

Perfect. I actually looked at some birdie ball ones last night but must have completely missed this one. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
