Wrist brace or support

My left wrist has been getting sore for striking the mat. I'd like to hear some suggestions for a wrist support or brace for playing.

Should prob look into a different mat. What mat are you using? You have a gc quad. I’m sure you can afford it 😉

Wittek Quattro....nice mat... it's actually me hitting thin causing the wrist aches tho
