  • Stop stance mat from shifting

I just got my turf finally. I have the stance mats on top of it. Is there anyway to stop them from shifting without cutting the turf

Can you expand on the type of flooring you have the mats on and maybe share some photos?

I have the softstrike hitting strip and dual stance mats on their black turf and one swing shifts it about an inch. Was thinking about building a 2x2 frame to kind of box it in and screw that frame down

Have you tried velcro? I put 2in sticky velcro on my garage floor and mat. Been very happy with it

That’s the problem, it didn’t move when it was sitting I. The concrete but now that the turf is under it, it shifts around alot

I had a similar problem because I built up my stance mat with carpet padding. It was fine when it was just on the hardwood by itself, but once you get two materials on top of eachother it gets dicey (you'd have to affix the mat to the turf and also the turf to the floor, yuck).

To fix that I just did this with a spare piece of floor at the corners. I thought it was better than doing something ugly like framing the whole thing in.

Oh that’s not a bad idea, I could just tapcon some small blocks to the two sides, thanks
