I've had my simulator set up for 3 years now and use the Fiberbuilt 3' grass hitting strip with the adjustable tees. I only really use it during the winter and and was down to may last tee (out of 6 total) due to the tee breaking (they do last a while). I've contacted Fiberbuilt in the past and they do not sell replacement "tees" only the combined adjustable tee 2 pack for $20. Problem is that you can't use a regular tee as a replacement because they are usually too thin.
For outdoor golf I began using "Martini Tees" and really like them, mainly for the height and they never break, but are still flexible. Well when I got back to the sim this year and my 2nd to last tee broke, I had an idea, try the Martini Tee as they have a larger diameter than a regular tee. After a few days of testing, I wanted to share that they work great! They are too long, so I had to cut off the end, but they hold at all heights, stay in for the most part when hitting and don't break. Occasionally they fly out, but obviously not a problem in a sim.
TLDR- Purchase Martini Tees and use them in your Fiberbuilt Adjustable Tee base when the tee breaks!!!
