  • Fiberbuilt Adjustable Tee Replacement

I've had my simulator set up for 3 years now and use the Fiberbuilt 3' grass hitting strip with the adjustable tees. I only really use it during the winter and and was down to may last tee (out of 6 total) due to the tee breaking (they do last a while). I've contacted Fiberbuilt in the past and they do not sell replacement "tees" only the combined adjustable tee 2 pack for $20. Problem is that you can't use a regular tee as a replacement because they are usually too thin.

For outdoor golf I began using "Martini Tees" and really like them, mainly for the height and they never break, but are still flexible. Well when I got back to the sim this year and my 2nd to last tee broke, I had an idea, try the Martini Tee as they have a larger diameter than a regular tee. After a few days of testing, I wanted to share that they work great! They are too long, so I had to cut off the end, but they hold at all heights, stay in for the most part when hitting and don't break. Occasionally they fly out, but obviously not a problem in a sim.

TLDR- Purchase Martini Tees and use them in your Fiberbuilt Adjustable Tee base when the tee breaks!!!

These (in the linnk below) fit in my Fiberbuilt tee. They also have a notch on the end so they don't fly out.

I tried them. They need to be a more flexible plastic. I snapped them left and right. Too brittle.

    These https://duckduckgo.com/?q=playingpro...&t=ffsb&ia=web

They can be used with a rubber tee holder. I have the rubber tee holders poking through but level with the hitting surface on a Fiberbuilt hitting strip. You can cut them so when put in a rubber tee holder and bottomed out, the tee height above the hitting surface can be whatever you want.

They last me well over 100 full boogie driver shots. If they break you can use the remains for teeing up irons or fairway woods. The bad news is they are currently not available from Germany. The availability seems to come and go all the time probably with the golf season in the northern hemisphere.

That's where the Martini Tees came in great! They are plenty flexible and also don't fly out on every hit, only when teed up high and catch a lot of the tee on the hit.

I've tried many different tee options for my Fiberbuilt. Another one I've used that might work for you is the universal practice tee with 3 different size tee holes and a tether to keep them from flying. It looks like their website is down but they are listed on eBay.

Right from the Fiberbuilt website Q&A on the original product:
We only need the tee to replace in the stand. Do you sell the tee only?
Yes please contact customerservice@fiberbuiltgolf.com for more information.

Good to know, I did contact them 2ish years ago and was told no, so nice to see. Interested if anyone has purchased and what the cost is?

I've used the Maxfli tees which seem to be thicker/longer than typical tees, when inserted into a rubber tee holder.

If for some reason they are unavailable from Fiberbuilt, but let us know?

Just to come back on this, I reached out to Fiberbuilt on the replacement only tee per their FAQ and it's $80 for 50 tees. Not sure I'd use 50 tees in my lifetime, so probably just keep using the Martini tees for now.

Thank you for your email. We offer 3” tee inserts in packages of 50 for $80.00 USD. If you’d like to place an order, please reply with your shipping address, then call the number below to provide a credit card number.

Thank you for choosing Fiberbuilt Golf!

I would go in on it with you if you want to split em up.

Ultimately, yes, but don't really want to spend $80 on tees at this time.

They were $20 a pair IIRC. Anyway just thought I’d post. I also use Bir-Tees and they work really well.

I've used these DuraSpike tees and they work well! They actually last longer than the Fiberbuilt ones!

Replace your Fiberbuilt tees with DuraSpike—DuraFlex™ durability, stays in place, built for simulators and driving range mats.

These look interesting. Can you tell me anything about where they are made and where they ship from as nothing is listed on the website and a search for it did not bring any results.
