DIY sliding system for GC2

Anybody built a simple solution to moving the gc2 unit back and forth to allow for multiple club use?

I have a rough panel and sand panel and want to easily move the unit on a track that goes forward and back.

I'm thinking a wood base with cabinet sliders attached to a wooden "cradle" for the gc2.

Fiberbuilt. I know it's not ideal and even a joke to some but I like them.
