  • CCE tee options

So far I've been using real tee with my Country Club Elite, and I'm not sure if using a real tee is a novelty or something that is actually intended to be done over and over, so I figured I would post up here and see what everyone else is doing, as I'd like to avoid excess wear and tear on my $500 mat. I do know that they end up EVERYWHERE in my garage.

What are you guys using with yours?

I seem to be in the minority but I've simply used a rubber tee with my CCE mat over the past 15 months just like I'd use at a traditional range.

Yeah, no issues for those with GC2's since you can hit from different spots and still be in the FOV.

I'm just reiterating what other people have already said but honestly the tomahawk tee with tee claw combo is unbeatable. Its well work the $20 or so dollars to never chase down your tees. You can also use the tee claw as an alignment aid so its really a win win.

This is what I like to use. It's a bit taller than the tomahawk tee.

What launch monitor do you use? I think us folks with the skytrak don't do this just because it is a pain during a round on the simulator since we need to hit from the same spot every time or move the box. If I could just leave the tee in place I would do this.

I probably wasn't clear in my previous answer. I simply use a rubber tee(sitting on top of the mat). When I hit my driver the tee of course gets hit towards the screen but it's really not much hassle for me to pick it up when I collect the balls at the screen(I use 3 or 4 of the same length so I only pick them up once all 4 are at the screen).
          Working...
