Advice on installing a projector on a high ceiling without dropping it?

I have a fairly high ceiling - 12' 9". Any general advice on mounting the projector without dropping it or killing myself?

I have a 10' step ladder and I will rent another 12' ladder. My plan is to have someone on the 10' ladder supporting the projector while the person on the 12' ladder secures it to the ceiling.

10' step ladder is plenty tall. A good projector mount (like ours here: https://store.gunghogolf.com/Crimson...unt-p275584657) allows you to attach most of the mount to the projector, and then only a small ~1 lb part to the ceiling, with two screws or anchors. Then the two parts slide together. Very easy to do without a helper.

To find the mount point, position the projector upside down on the floor with the mount attached at the spot the lens needs to be, and plumb-bob with a long string with a weight on the end to find the point on the ceiling where the mount needs to attach.
