    Protee or GC2 Simulator

'm looking a Protee complete setup or a GC2 setup. Ideally I want everything including enclosure but will consider just the parts.

How good a golfer are you?

If you are a low handicap the GC2 will probably be of more benefit since you are already striking the ball well. GC2 gives excellent ball information.

However, if you are a higher handicap golfer still trying to understand your swing path, ProTee would be the better choice as it gives very good club path data.

All this assuming you are planning a permanent install and have the available space.

No one has ever changed from a GC2 to a sensor system.

I would never switch to a gc2 from my protee.

X2. I agree with mthunt. Really tough to beat a gc2 for indoor performance and accuracy.

I have a high handicap so looks like the protee is the way to go for the club data.
The only thing that GC2 would offer me is Creative Golf 3D software which would be great for my young son, does anyone know if there is any good training sections within Protee software?

Haven't really read anything much about creative 3D but definitely good information with protee hardware. Not sure what you are asking but creative 3D is not foresight software.

I've had a good look around and it only seems Creative Golf 3D is aimed at the junior market. All other sim software is for adults. My question is: Is there software in Protee suitable for training purposes, not just playing golf courses?

I believe creative 3d is available with the skytrak.

I'm not interested in the Sytrak, the delay just would not work for me

As far as training goes the question would be what are you looking for? If you want just numbers you can open the interface without any other program running and all the numbers will display there. If you want to see a pictorial and you purchase the basic TGC (15 courses and driving range) you can use the range and you will see the same numbers along with a diagram of your shot.

Thanks for the advice guys, Protee also have an app that shows a summary of impact which will be useful. It's a pity there is not a program like skytrak, maybe I will get that as well simply for the game improvement program
