    Hello everyone. I own a flightscope xi tour and purchased tgc2019. Everything is updated on computer and tgc 2019. I’m connected via the Ethernet cable, tgc2019 works for about 2 holes and than loses connection. It’s not the flightscope as it was recently worked on. Any ideas as how to fix the problem? Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks,Gary

      Did that several times. Tried everything
      They said including connecting to Ethernet cable. Nothing. That’s why I on here asking for help. Frustrating

      If TGC is running via ethernet connection, is it game stopping or the data from the mevo? If so it could only be the unit losing connectivity via the wifi connection?

        It’s staying connected now. I put it on its own channel. I have an xi tour. I have e6 connect and tgc2019. My ball curves much more on tgc than e6. Not sure why
