  • New user with an issue.

    Brand new to home simulators, but I've been lurking for months and am getting close to having my simulator complete. I work with technology all day so I figured setup for my new Mevo Plus would be fairly easy. I have zero issues using the included iOS software. However, when I tried using the free E6 Connect demo for the computer, I can not get E6 to show any information on the screen. No distance, no ball speed, etc. The Mevo Plus is connected to the computer using wifi and the computer is connected to the internet with a cable. Am I missing something? I have a E6 account and in the portal, it shows the licenses. Thanks in advance.

    The Mevo+ can only be connected to one device and one app in my experience. So as a starting point make sure you aren’t connected to an iPad and PC at the same and/or force quit all the other mobile apps.

      Thanks for the reply. Yes, I made sure the Wifi on the iPad was turned off...as well as my phone.

        I never had any issues with mine but it used to be an unlimited 1 course demo and I see yours has a time limit so maybe things have changed. I have the subscription now so I can’t check if I have any issues on the demo.

      Thanks for the responces. I called Fightscope and they were great. They had me change the Mevo Plus WiFi from 5ghz to 2.4ghz. Also helped me find an unused band on the 2.4 spectrum. ZERO trouble since then!
