GC2 GSX Set Up OLD

I'll be setting my GC2 and GSX up in the next week or so. I'll use this thread to post a step by step process and review troubleshooting. ZMax has graciously offered to provide support.

I too will be setting my GC2 with GSX up this next week, I downloaded the ProTee software last night. I thought I had a fast internet connection but I guees not, it took over an hour. I think I'm good now. I installed my new video card and ordered a new blue tooth dongle (like the one Zmax uses) I figure if I have any problems I can turn to him.

HoganWoods went the extra mile setting up my interface, ProTee runs great with my CG2. I couldn't be happier with the courses and it will just continue to evolve with the addition of TGC. the cummunity here makes the difference.

Yes you are right. The ProTee community is awesome! Helps that the company is very, very well organized and really listens to the community!

Trying to get this setup today with very little success. I had to request a license key twice now which was odd, once when I first purchased the software and I had to do it again after rebooting my computer. I am not sure what happened but my machine ID changed after the reboot. I really hope I don't have to request a new license key after each reboot. The user manual does not have any instructions on connecting to a GC2 which is kind of a bummer, $2,000 for the software should include setup instructions. I will look through the forum to see if I can find details.

I just want to say Thank You to Hogan Woods for getting my GC2 and Protee up and running in about 15 minutes. I can't wait to play online. May be able to tonight but wouldn't be until 10p EST at least. may be a little late.

Thank you HoganWoods for setting up my Protee. Today I logged in and I can't connect and I am unable to access GSX. When I click on it its in a very small window and cannot be maximized. Has anyone seen this before?

Might need to go into registry to fix that small window.
