New Update to Firmware is installed and TGC 2019 is working!

I've also upgraded the FW and can confirm TGC2019 is also working.

Installed it yesterday and just hit a few. I didn't notice any changes.

Only thing I have noticed is that I need to reconnect the GCQ each time I start FSX2020 now. Not sure if this is F/W or the software update which I did at the same time. I have “reconnect automatically” selected on the FSX2020 software.

This is new though. Previously the Quad always connected on its own when I started FSX. I use the USB cable as an aside.

Any noticeable difference in capturing spin? I have a GC hawk and am having trouble with no spin reads on well struck balls, mostly with driver. Hoping that an update comes soon for the Hawk.

I have not really ever had any issues with capturing spin as far as I can tell. Using a Quad though.

I also never noticed any issue with spin capture on GCQ. It has always read every time. Maybe they have somehow refined the accuracy with this update, but I can't see any difference.

So does everyone have connection issue (where it requires you to reconnect every time)?

Auto-connect has never really worked for me and neither did it work the last couple of days. I see no difference with the updates. No biggie, it takes literally less than 10 seconds to connect to the Quad manually. I have bigger gripes.

I’ve never updated the FW since I got the GCQUAD last year. Is it worthwhile to upgrade? Did anyone notice any important difference?
