Need help binding GCQuad IP address

Needing some computer help here...
I bought a USB Wi-Fi hub so I can connect my Quad via Wi-Fi and still use my Wi-Fi to connect to my internet router. The Wi-Fi 1 (from the desktop) connects to my internet, but when I try and connect Wi-Fi 2 to the Quad it switches Wi-Fi 1 to the Quad as well, killing my internet connection. I read that I can bind the IP address of the Quad to Wi-Fi 2 and have found where to do that, I just need to know what to enter into each of the fields listed below.

My Quad shows the following:
WI - Fi IP : CH 192.168.100.76 : 36

So what do I enter here to bind Wi-Fi 2 to the above Quad IP address?

Your IP Address is your device IP address of the quad 192.168.100.76 the 36 is a port number it listens on.
On a windows machine press windows key + R, type CMD and hit enter.
You will get up a black command window.
type IPCONFIG
scroll window to the top. This will give you your Subnet mask and default gateway of your router. (guessing 255.255.255.0 for mask and 192.168.100.1 for gateway)

I deleted the connection of the Quad in the WIFI 1 settings so it wouldn't connect to it.
