GCQuad and TGC2019 No Longer Working

Can anyone help? I bought a GC Quad a few weeks ago, downloaded ProTee and GQSX2 and had everything working. In the last week, it has stopped working. The Quad is registering shots but the data is not getting to TGC2019 and ProTee is telling me their program is working fine. It does change when I switch clubs in TGC2019 in ProTee. ProTee and USB Connected are both green. See the picture below. I have not downloaded any updates to the GC Quad unless they are automatically sent. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Mine works fine... My start up order: ProTee> GQSX2>hit connect USB> Launch TGC 2019.- *Note- I start all with administrator rights.

Try launching Pro Tee, GQSX2>connect USB, Launch FSX 2020, Launch TGC 2019 and go. Some folks were saying an updated version needs FSX 2020 to launch in the sequence to activate quad sending data. May be able to close FSX 2020 after TGC 2019 registering shots.

I figured it out. No one ever told me that every 45 days the GC Quad has to be registered on the internet. You get a notification on the screen of the Quad. If you have the FSX Software then it registers it once you connect to that but I currently do not have that. So, it has been blocking from sending the info through GQSX2 to TGC2019. I plugged my Quad into my modem at home and now everything is working fine. Finally, very thankful as I love the TGC 2019 software.
