  • ProTee Play Recommendation

I was looking at purchasing ProTee Play for my kids (13, 11 and 7) and would appreciate any feedback/experience any one has with this software and any thoughts on the year long membership vs. lifetime. Thanks!

I purchased the lifetime and my kid's like it more than TGC. My only comment is that updates are fairly slow as Protee's focus seems to be on TGC.

It is great fun but also the games are all skills based so although have a fun theme, they can be used for serious skill building and wonderful for getting young ones to develop great skills in a fun way.

I believe much more attention is planned for ProTee Play and a dedicated team will be working on it.

Any ideas and themes for games will always be considered so if you have an idea, share it with PT United.

The VIP is best value happy get in touch and maybe we can hook you up

        Happy New Year

That is great to hear. I have forwarded my ideas to them and they have been responsive in the fact that they took the time to acknowledge my request. At the time they told me their focus was on TGC 2019 so it it really good to hear there is plans for a dedicated Protee Play team as well.

PROTEE UK and ProTee United in my experience are the best in the business at customer service. Imagine if our cell phone, cable, internet providers supported us like they do. However, if you don't get immediate results from them it's because their hands are tied from what I've recently learned with the actual developers of the software..."H.B." However, things are apparently still moving forward and in a good direction for all of us end users. Apparently, firstly, TGC 2019 is going to correct the club path vs face angle in TGC 2019 with the ProTee. Since right now the face angle is only relevant to the club path and not the actual straight line/lie of the ProTee sensor mat...which makes you overthink a lot especially when the club path is based left/right inside/out given the square/straightness of the ProTee sensor mat. Correct me if I'm wrong PROTEE UK ProTee United Looking forward to a promising future and new year with the ProTee too.

The club face angle is relative to the target.
this is shown in the data screen.
It also shows face to path with the same angle which is incorrect as the face should be shown for both.
It has been noted and I believe to be looked into.
Basically if the path is in to out 5 and xlubface open 2 to target it is actually closed 3 to the path so you would see a draw

The 3 degree closed to path should be shown but it shows the 2open same as the face target.
both give the same outcone. The great thing is that TGC 2019 can show both and will be better when that glitch is fixed.
