TGC 2019 Career Mode on the simulator.

This is gonna be the kick ass mode on this software. I just started playing TGc2 and fired up a career and went and changed all the fake names to the real top 110 PGA players based on their WGT rankings. If you choose hard mode at the beginning they only shoot around -2 to -6 with many of them way over Par. If this mode stays in as is for TGC 2019 SIM software it's gonna be pretty awesome to play rounds and have all the real players atop the leaderboard and points standing for the duration of your season. The career mode goes from like 5 tournaments to about 50 from what I saw briefly playing it.

this will add alot of replayablity for me at least. After I play my tournament rounds I get fairly bored just playing 18 with nothing at stake. Now we will have a few more rounds to play each week in careermode and also the society's if that also makes the cut and people start doing tournaments for those.

Did this mode make it into the simulator version?

I believe so....I asked about when the SIM version was vapor and Protee said it would be there...at least that is what I remember but could be wrong. However, I saw it in the SIM version and moved around the screens. It is under societies I believe. Did not know you could change the names. this does seem like a cool feature.

The PGA career mode is not in the game.
you can set up your own single player society with a bunch of tournaments and change all the names to real players but theres no real web tour or PGA tour mode.

Wow that's a big downer if that's the case. I thought I read somewhere that protee said it would be included .

It is, or was a bummer. You get over it. HB or the PGA disallowed it. The bright side among many is that Lidar Chad came along and liberated the masses: grabbing topographical data so that you may play any and soon every damn PGA stop ever. Soon you can make your own PGA Tour in your own madmike6537 society.

The official PGA Tour simulator is licensed by aBoutGolf, so we can not use any PGA Tour related material for simulators. The PGA career mode is nothing more then a society with a preset of events. You can create your own tour/career or join other societies.

ProTee United I am wondering about the following which can be legal using PGA alike tour and players without spending a dime:

Pro Evolution Soccer game (Winning Eleven in Japan) wasn't able to get a full license for the teams and leagues. Instead, they decided to still put them, just in a different name and logo. Now, I think you could've done something similar: Create a virtual league like PGA (call it PGL whatever), and create tours with courses that just have fake names and logos. Have Piger Foods, no need for Tiger. That's pretty much it. And users can simply have an option to change the names to the likings.

This doesn't violate anything on your end or on our end. I think you guys can do it with a major update in the long term (possibly next year maybe)? If you want more information on it, I can give it to you step by step.
