    Can you help me. TGC Locking up on opponent screen - Online play issues

    Hey all,

    I have recently taken up playing a local friend online. Seems to work well for a hole, two holes, sometimes 5 in a row. Then inevitably it will freeze on the opponent's shot screen. I see his avatar just standing there forever while I have confirmed facetime video showing him hitting, shot registered, and he is then seeing my avatar. Occasionally we disable " turn-order" and then enable it again and we are off and running. But about half the time the player's avatar disappears and I am stuck looking were his shot was placed with no ball, and no avatar and the game locks up and has to be " alt+F4'd" and I have to reload the program.

    This happens constantly.

    I am using a GC2, he is using skytrak.

    Any thoughts or experiences to help alleviate this issue?

    All things that do not work with TGC in my experience has been connection to their servers. They have ways to help you test this...the problem is not their servers but your connection - your provider might be throttle. Some tunnel software did wonders for me.

      Do u mean like a VPN, virtual private network?

    You got me on tunnel software as well. Is that a generic term?
