Here is a great video made by keither5150
When playing a practice round and you are facing a tough putt....maybe 20-40 feet or so. Turn on Autorewind and putt away. This is really helpful to get used to putting when on a different tier. I made a short video that shows all putts from 3 or 4 rounds. You can get an idea of how much break to give it.

Could I suggest that someone outlines how to record a video in TGC, be it of a round, or a good shot?
Also, do you have to have the 'record' button pressed before your shot, or can you go back and record a shot after the fact?Comment

I use NVidia Shadowplay. It is very easy to use and there is an option for embedding a webcam.Comment

ks-man Are you using with Windows 10 , I have shadow play but can't get it to record, I get the frame rate counter displaying but when I try the Alt+F9 for record nothing happensComment

I can't remember if Alt+F9 was record or broadcast. I think the other was Alt+F3. I switched mine to map to the [ key. Make sure you set the file path or at least are checking the right place. I have a little icon in my lower Right that looks like a circle all the time. Then when I toggle the recording it fills in Green.

ks-man That was a great video! Always awesome seeing kids enjoying golf like that. They will be solid players in no time with your nice set up and the enthusiasm they have....now just tell them to hit up q-school and get those handicaps so they can join us on tour

Thanks Ironstrokes To be honest my daughter is far more interested in being a YouTube sensation than playing actual golf. Any chance you'd be willing to comment on YouTube about the video? She is old enough to read and it would make her month. Either way, thanks for watching.

Does having a simulator improve your game? You bet it does. I looked at an old replay of mine from Sept/15. I couldn't believe how badly I sliced ....sorry, how strongly I faded the ball. Back then 75% of my drives were like the first 4 shots. The last 4 shots are from this month. Back in Sept, I thought my drives were great. Now I have to really concentrate to move the ball that much right to left. Since Sept. my FIR and GIR percentages have doubled. In Sept, I would celebrate a round of 81 and now I would be disappointed with an 81. Long story short. Keep practicing and take advice from players that are better than you. Back in Sept, there wasn't a shortage of those players.Now I don't currently hit all of my drives straight but I've made a vast improvement. Back in Sept, I may have had to look through 3 rounds to find 4 straight shots.

This offseason has been a source of major improvement for me and it's all due to Skytrak. Cleaner contact up and down the bag, and a focus on inside 100 has really cut down the distance on my first putts for a hole. I have some friends that only have seen the before and after who tell me they see a world of difference. -
I am golfing in Mexico in about a week. I will post again with my scores. Since the fall, my in game handicap dropped about 10 strokes. I picked up some distance with the help of a buddy that enters long drive competitions. I shortened my backswing to help with consistency. I am currently working on inside 100. @ stiggity..... I can tell that IRL what has improved the most is..... I don't lose as many balls. I can finally feel good about buying Pro V1's.
