Hey Kukie, that's great! One of the options I am considering is a garage 2nd floor. Please let us see pics of outside too, and are you heating/cooling the space too? Have a look at my thread in this forum... curious how much your cost is and if your doing all construction on your own?

For some reason I was thinking this was a detached garage when you first posted. Looks great, I’m sure you are going to love it.

I’m assuming you are tapping into your existing hvac systems?

I have forced hot air and AC, put in a new air handler to create its own zone, existing two zones could not handle the new area
