A year later, this is where I am. As previously mentioned, I my sim consists of:

1. SkyTrak LM
2. Fiberbuilt Golf Mat (a change from the TrueStrike Mat I planned to get due to availability at the time)
3. Optoma EH200ST
4. A Dell gaming computer
5. Custom enclosure/premium screen (8 Tall x 12 wide x 4 deep) from Carl's

I still need to get some turf to cover the foam tiles and a baffle of some sort to keep the very rare flop shot from hitting over the enclosure. I had to go a bit shallow so the gallery has a decent view of the screen.

We started with a one-year subscription to E6 and upgraded a week ago to TGC 2019. Talk about a vast improvement in the playing experience! We had issues with E6 chipping & putting and initially a 4 deg pull on every shot. A trip back to the factory for re-calibration solves the shift, but the other problems persisted. TGC has taken care of all of the issues I had with E6. My only concern with is that one of my brothers has many no-reads. In 9 holes today, twice I saw him hit 8 putts to get one to read. He had problem on drives, approaches and chips too, but putting was the worst. The rest of us, four other players, had the occasional no-read, but nothing like my youngest brother. I am going to post the problems elsewhere and see if I can get any advice.

Awesome build! Great to see an update a year later hah. Mat looks awesome. Really need to upgrade mine one day.
