If the offset values are not publicly available, just email the manufacturer. Callaway does not publish their offset values. However, I have been able to obtain them by emailing them.

I can only speak for myself but I've had pretty realistic results with the offset setting from the Manufacturer, pretty consistent with real life other then thin shots...

I'm curious to what the infraction was? I noticed that a few people have offsets on their drivers, woods, hybrids, and different variables when it comes to irons. I know I had read that the offset feature was also used to correct inaccuracies in Optishot. I was able to find mine online for my irons and set them to the specs suggested. Also when using Joe's turf it says the turf top was giving individuals a 1.1 open face and to adjust accordingly as well as needing to up the distances due to the thicker turf. I didn't notice the distance or the open face because I always had an open face until recently.

I have Joe's Monster Turf and haven't made any adjustments for it. Am I supposed to? I also took the default offsets for the game improvement clubs because Callaway doesn't publish them. Do I need to get them from Callaway? I suck so bad nobody probably cares what my settings are, but I still want to play by the rules.

js....I also have the thick turf from Joe and haven't made any adjustments. I know my actual distances and the current results are pretty dead on without make any tweaks. I have input my club offsets as provided from Callaway. If your results, using the GI set, are accurate to your game then they are fine.

Not yet. I ordered the Premier from Joe about a month ago after trying some other brands previously without success. I love the premier and can't wait to try the Monster.
