Just in case anyone missed it there are new stats that can be entered when entering your scores on the website

I dont really understand the "Scrambling" Yes or No though

Wow I really like this ! Jusg wonder how easy or how much a pain in the ass it will be tk enter every shot ? I think scrambling is making a par when you don't hit the green in regulation .I could be wrong and check it out on google.

I have score card open when I play, so will just enter drive distance after the drive and then score and putts when you finish hole. GIR and scrambling Im not too concerned about personally but think Drive yardage and putts per round are interesting stats.

With a bit of work system could calculate GIR and scrambling anyway I would have thought. Ie, if you 2 putt on a par 4 and you score 4 then you must've hit GIR, but if you 1 put then you didnt etc etc

i use Swing by Swing GPS on my Iphone and have the Looper Subscription and after each hole you just enter score and your putts and it calculates your GIR and Scrambling automatically.

I think the guys on other systems get this info automatically. I also think that this will be a pain, but I will still be doing it if it becomes commonplace. I have requested these features from DD a long time ago.

Scrambling is just an overall YES or NO for if you needed to get Up and Down. For now, it includes bunkers and everything else. If you hit the green or if it doesnt apply for a particular hole, you just dont put anything.

All of these additions are optional, for those who dont want to put them in, just leave that portion closed. You can also choose to only use one of them, or any number of them. I think some guys might use the putts one, but not the others.

This is something that was briefly discussed a year ago with the Protee owner, and could one day be possible. It's not too difficult on our side of it. Time will tell.
