Also once you hit the Green, all strokes not matter what you hit is considered a Putt. So if you Putt it off the Green 1st putt, then chip it in, that would be a 2 putt....

John I am not picking on you lol, this a learning process for all and will help others fill out states right as we go through the Season, Yours is a good example we all can learn from including me...
Check out Hole 8 as well Par 3, you Birdied, you have GIR as No, but you have 1 putt this don't add up, even if you Putt off the Fringe it does not count as a putt... This would be a Scramble which you indicated..
Thanks

Gotcha ... Lol. I don't mind at all, never done this before , had it written down on three different pieces of paper, I'm surprised I got as much right as I did, ha ha. Will review and post my recording and fix up the stats again. I've only been golfing for 5yrs so I don't mind relying on others for rules violations , scoring regs etc, best way to learn . Bottom line is we all want to get it right.

Wow that is one hard round. Great test of golf, the wind certainly makes it even harder. I never truly appreciated how much wind affects putts until I had at least one foot of break, probably more, played it straight and the wind still overpowered the break lol
Only the 2 unplayable lies today, both my fault from mishits, and one dropped into the water, again probably part my fault, part the wind.
Apart from 10, 11 and 12, pretty happy with the round.
Well played Ian and TeamIceland, apologies for having to rush the round on as had to get home as wife is of out, and the temperature was also dropping fast and didnt want a repeat of the Ryder Cup fiasco.
The other plus was the 1 iron, went pretty well, far happier with it than the damn old 3 wood. brought back some fond memories of the days when i didnt carry any woods
Hole 10 however those memories disappeared for a few moments, and the putter decided to kick my in the nuts too... watching it back for both shots stance was so open that there was always gonna be a pull, but ill just blame Optishot, the club and the wind.. now whats that saying about a poor workman and his tools
The misread on 12 was also a joy, as you can tell by my reaction

Well the scores are definitely different than previous tournaments. Starting to look more realistic. I like it!!!
I am still waiting to get this course pushed to my Optishot account. I have an email in and still waiting. Hoping to be able to play my 1st round soon!!!!!
You guys have me scared with how tough the course is and all the swamp unplayable areas. I guess keep it in the fairway right...LOL.
Good luck everyone!

Did you email kurt at the address Catman put on here, he got mine sorted straight away once I mentioned needed it for tour play
Its a hard course, played off back tees with wind in your face and not much room for error... enjoy lol
Im OK as long as I play when temp is above 2 degrees, below that things seem to start playing up lol, did start to get a bit chilly on 17 today. glad we rushed to get round finished.
So hard to heat a steel and tin workshop, with a 3KW electric space heater. Only got a 30A ring main, powering lights, laptop, projector heater etc etc so jsut havent got the power available for much more
Could go gas but they so expensive to buy.. may have to install a wood burning stove lol
