I have had ProTee for 9 months and cannot get it to work. I have shipped my sensor mat back for testing, and they have shipped me a new one - which did not fix the problem. I cannot get the system to read more than one shot. When I go make to the tray, C1 and C4 don't seem to be resetting, yet I am covering one of the sensors. I need some help before I throw this away and go to a launch monitor. Any ideas? Or is there anyone in Atlanta that knows someone who can come look at my setup? ProTee support cannot seem to solve the issue.

C1 and C4 are connected to a single sensor (first one left of the ball). This sensor might not receive enough overhead light. Maybe the light is being blocked by your golf ball (not teed up correctly?) or your overhead light is not aligned correctly (not reaching this sensor in the corner).
You support ticket is showing is sensor mat replacement, but the sensor mat you sent in has no issue whatsoever so it must be light or debris related.
Contact our support desk and send them a couple of pictures of your setup. We will have a simulator specialist connect to your system to have a look. -
Can you use an iPhone and video your mat with lights on, etc.... I’m sure we can get you up and runningComment

I have a fairly new ProTee setup where my sensors were working fine, but all of the sudden I now have the exact same issue with Sensors C1 and C4 not resetting. My lighting was setup with the help of ProTee and everything was working fine...until in the middle of a session it just stopped reading shots.
Nothing changed with my lighting and everything else (Comm Port connection and cameras) seem to be fine. My mat is clear of anything that could be blocking light. All of the sensor boxes in the diagnostics screen seem to be reading swings properly, but no shot is recognized.Comment
