First off; I just built my first sim and I am loving it.

I spent more time researching what would be the perfect hardware/launch monitor than it took me to build it my sim and start hitting balls. I wanted something that could read ball and club head data<<(huge/both), on a budget, so I chose the ProTee; since I felt it was under-priced for all it can do vs. other launch monitors. Zero regrets to date.
It arrived and I installed the mat, lighting, camera, and the ProTee interface software. Not too hard following the ProTee recommendations at all. I was instantly hitting balls and getting readings.
I wasn't sure if what I was doing/seeing was right, so I started to ask around this awesome forum. It (you guys) are super helpful/amazing, but I overlooked the obvious and spent 2 weeks going in circles not knowing if the results I was getting were how they should be...although everything seemed good; just waiting to hear back. Ugh Then, something dawned on me...why not just contact the manufacturer..?!?
I narrowly squinted as I did, from overseas, but I was astonished to hear back almost instantly...when it was daytime there in the UK. Jamie PROTEE UK contacted me right away. He is your go to. He quickly remoted into my computer through an app with my permission of course, pulled up the ProTee software, made adjustments, and my ProTee readings became exactly accurate. My confidence in my ProTee is now 100% and it doesn't let me get away with any bad shots, unfortunately, from the tee to the cup.
Note: I ended up buying my ProTee second hand. I was surprised that Jamie still had my back, relentlessly, until it was up and running perfectly. His rates (as a PGA Professional golfer too) were only $35 first hour / $20hr after. Best $40 I ever spent. My bad for not buying it directly from them to include the support.
It would have taken me a ton of time to dial it in as good as it is now. He even gave me a couple of golf tips as he watched my ball & club head data. That's surprisingly paying dividends for me too right now. Priceless!!!
I am NOT any kind of spokesperson whatsoever. Just a simple end user, who thankfully has beyond an amazing time hitting balls on the range and in game in TGC 2019 giving credit where credit's due.
