Hey everyone, I’ve just started to get my system up and running. I had a couple of questions...with iron, wedge etc shots, is everyone using an actual tee? Or just placing the ball where the tee spot is? Also, every shot I hit is a large pull hook...it’s not my normal shot shape and I am having trouble hitting a cut, even when I exaggerate. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sorry, it’s a protee. The ball seems to go into a little depression if I put it where the tee slot is. I wasn’t sure if people still put it there or in front of that spot. Also I was sure if it would mess up readings if I put the ball in front of that spot, or if grounding the club messes up readings...do I need to hover the club or is grounding it right behind the ball ok?

Congratulations on getting it up and running. I have the same system and it took quite a while to get it going but since then I have had zero issues and love it. The best thing you could do for yourself is to open up a ticket and ask Jamie PROTEE UK or ProTee United they're the best in the business with customer service and know your system better than anyone.
Are you using a horizontal camera? If so I would recommend opening your camera preview up and make sure that the lines are perfectly straight and square with your hitting mat.
Also, have you looked at all of your sensors in debug to make sure that they are all working correctly? If you have debris on even one of your sensors it can give you a misread.
I'm not sure what tee you are using, but my tee extends about a quarter of an inch above the hitting mat surface...which sort of emulates a fluffy lie in real life. I don't usually ground my club behind the ball because it would go into the sensor track. But if you ground the club behind the ball, and not into that closest to the bowl sensor track, it won't hurt or change anything prior to your swing.
Does the ball hook also with a driver off of a tee or is it just with irons as the ball sits in your tee location? I have noticed irregular flight patterns If I hit a fat shot with an iron. I just try not to hit fat shots. Lol
Something else to always keep in mind is make sure that you hit in line with your hitting mat, not at the screen. You could try putting a club or an alignment stick in the front of your hitting mat straight down your target line (center of your Protee) to make sure you are swinging down the target line and not at a spot on your screen.
